General Information:
The Kidman Way is a rural route in mid western New South Wales. It consists mostly of undivided single carriageway roadway and connects several remote towns of the NSW outback country.

History:
- 1904: Construction of lift span bridge over Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point, replacing a punt service. 3
- 1979: Construction of bridge to replace the lift span bridge at Darlington Point. 3
